Sainte-Agnès, the highest coastal village in Europ, overlooks the open bay between San-Remo and Roquebrune Cap Martin. La Turbie, famous for the Trophée d’Auguste, Monaco and Eze sur Mer are also on the menu.

Before setting off on any hike, it is advisable to check the weather forecast. You will also need to take account of any exceptional circumstances: the period when heatwaves are likely (July/August) is best avoided.

Access and parking

Reach Menton on the A8 or a train to Menton SNCF station. 

You can head back to Menton on the train from the station at Eze-Bord-de-Mer.
